We ordered a water heater online. It was delivered promptly and Mike was very helpful in getting it into our 2nd floor Condo. He was very professional.

We recently moved to Naples, Florida, and became Ace Rewards members at this location. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by multiple associates, making us feel welcome. Cassie, however, truly stood out. She went above and beyond to help us find everything we were looking for and provided exceptional customer service. She also took the time to interact with our two children, played a game with them, and, completely out of her own kindness, purchased two small toys with her own money to give to them. In today's world, that level of genuine kindness and customer care is rare. I highly recommend visiting this store. It is, without question, the most professional and customer-focused Ace Hardware I have visited anywhere in the United States. Thank you, Cassie, for making our family's experience so memorable!

Sonia R. …… you’re truly amazing! I came in to purchase bulbs to replace a set that I had purchased a month ago at Ace Hardware that weren’t working. I assumed that I was going to be out the money from the original set. Fortunately, I had brought them with me and explained the situation to Sonia. She was able to laboriously look up my purchase in their system and managed to return the old set of bulbs, even though I had misplaced the receipt. She really took her time to help me out and I truly appreciate it.

Been coming here for years when I visit my parents, I love everything about it. Easy to find what you need, helpful staff when you have questions, great selection of hardware & housewares, good plant sales out front.
